With his office based in 5th Street in Covington, Kentucky, Judge Stephen Hoffman has been marrying couples since 1989 serving as a Magistrate and Justice of the Peace for Kenton County. When marriage equality became the law in 2015, Hoffman saw it as his duty to uphold this law by offering his services to couples who had long been waiting for their wedding day. The first couple he wed - Carl from Rosie's and his fiancé Terry.
