DescriptionDouble-faced chicken figural sign is painted sheetmetal with chasing lights.  Sign is one section of a three-section pylon sign, which included a internally illuminated cabinet with plastic faces.  Museum also has the two plastic faces reading, "Old Dixie Fried Chicken." Old Dixie Fried Chicken was a restaurant in of Pine Castle, FL that was well known for its fried chicken since 1962, but closed its original location on May 31 of 2016.
