"Pensupreme Ice Cream" tin sign is double-faced with embossed, hand-painted faces and bullnose corners on top panel. The hand-painted courtesy line reads, "Ferree Food Market." Ferree Food was a grocery store that open in the early 1950’s in York, PA, located at 835 Prospect St. It closed in 1980. It was owned by Rodger Ferree and this spouse, Annamary Ferree. PenSupreme was the brand of ice cream manufactured by Penn Dairies of Lancaster, PA.
