DONATE A SIGN OR ITEM
The Museum's collection was not built in a day - it has relied on the generosity of donors. Most of the iconic signs were donations. All of our donors are formally recognized. If you have an item or sign that you think may be of importance to the collection, please email our Assistant Curator, Hannah Markisohn, at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures and any information you may have on the object.
The Museum is a not-for-profit corporation: donations may be tax deductible.
MAJOR MUSEUM DONORS
The American Sign Museum owes much of its early success to Gemini, Inc., and more specifically its owners, Jim and Sharon Weinel. They have been monumental supporters of the Museum from the word “go,” from providing money to complete the renovation of the current building, to repairing the roof! They started their own wholesale sign company more than 50 years ago in Minnesota, and their contribution to this and other sign-industry groups is unprecedented. Without them, there wouldn't be an American Sign Museum.
