How it Works:
Having your wedding reception at the American Sign Museum makes your wedding day even more memorable. Our staff will help you plan, lay out, and coordinate your wedding from start to finish. On-site staff on your day makes sure vendors are in the right place, tables are in the right spot, and everything is ready for when you walk in. During the event, out staff makes sure drinks are flowing, music is playing, and food is right on time. Afterwards, breakdown and cleaning are completely handled by the museum. Decorations are totally optional when you have more than 100 years of beautiful signs that span 20,000 square feet! For a worry-free, unique, and beautiful wedding, the American Sign Museum has everything you need!
The capacity for a reception and ceremony can depends on the layout of your dining space. We can accommodate a maximum to 170 people.
All food is provided by one of our amazing partner caterers. With some of the best regional food options to pick from, your guests will talk about your wedding for years to come. Different styles, and budgets, are available.
Wedding Reception - Head Table • Download Floor Plan
This floor plan is the go-to for wedding receptions. Stations, bar, DJ, and dining are all surrounded by historic signs, many from Cincinnati. This is the most common layout for receptions.

This is another common reception layout with the bride and groom at their own sweetheart table. This floor plan also shows that space set up for a seated dinner with music, a bar, and other tables set up throughout the museum.
This is what the ceremony space looks like with no guests. You can choose to have your ceremony in front of the barn wall or in front of the other.
