Chipboard and wood construction with glass cap in metal retainer over clock face. Graphics are screen printed and metallic foil. Includes two extra advertising panels for bottom of clock.
Rotating barber pole is glass cylinder with paper barber stripes mounted on porcelain top and bottom. Barber pole was originally key-wound, but was updated with electric motor. Glass globe on top of internally illuminated with an incandescent bulb.
Internally illuminated, changeable plastic letter sign utilizes black, red and blue 2-in. letters with tabs that slide in between horizontally-stacked clear glass tubes angled in a metal frame cabinet. Sign and selection of letters are stored in a hardshell, vinyl-covered carrying case.
Carter Carburetor counter-top sign has two glass faces: the back one is clear and the forward one is reverse screen-printed. Very thin glass rods are placed between the glass faces and edgelit top and bottom by neon tubes.
Double-faced, tin sign has neon arrow and is in original shipping crate (NOS).
Round internally illuminated clock has reverse screen-printed internal clock face with convex glass face in metal cabinet, typical of Lackner production clock design.
The four-sided, internally illuminated square counter-top point-of-purchase display has reverse screen-printed glass panels in metal box on a circular stand. Each panel shows a different wiring schematic for an auto’s electrical system.
Double-faced pan plastic, internally illuminated sign reads, “Glidden Paints – Hostetter’s.”
Die-cut, double-faced pan plastic sign is internally illuminated and reads, “Westinghouse Television – Joachim’s.”
