Elmer’s Billiards was located on State Street just across the Ohio state line in West Harrison, IN. Jim had a shop in Harrison in the 1940s-1960s era. (Information courtesy of Terry Viel @ 513-867-0377. Viel visited the museum in August 2012 with friends and recognized the sign. Additional information provided by Herb Howard who visited in October, 2016. He noted that Bill Viel probably worked on the sign. Viel is 89 and still lives in Harrison).
